Week 3 Push Forward

Im hitting the diet and workouts hard this week. I only lost 1lb from last week but that is still better then some. I want to do as many crunches as possible this week. I am also hoping to start running again soon. So weighing in at 237 lbs this week. My goal is to try for 4 more this next week.

How is everyone else doing with their health goals this week if you have any?
